The paper explores the emergence of the bourgeoning regional and bilateral trade agreements outside the ambit of the World Trade Organisation and their implications on multilateralism and more specifically on Least Developed non – parties. The brief predominantly scrutinizes implications of Mega – Regional Trading Agreements i.e. Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP) and its implications on Uganda’s development prospects including consequences for policy space.
